You’re not doing this on your own
Avon is a big company. It’s easy to feel like you’ll get lost in the system. My job is to make sure that doesn’t happen – to be a friendly face between you and all the noise.
Think of me as your guide and cheerleader, not your boss. I’m here to help you use Avon in a way that fits your life, personality and confidence level – not to bark orders or chase targets.
There are no silly questions, and you don’t have to “prove yourself” to deserve support. If you’ve joined with me, you’ve already earned it.
Step one: a real conversation
Before we even look at log-ins or brochures, we start with a chat. This is where I get to know you a bit – and you get to decide whether I feel like the right person to support you.
What we’ll talk about
- Your life right now – work, family, health, energy levels. This helps us decide what’s realistic.
- Your money goals – topping up a bill, a bit of breathing space, or building something longer term.
- Your confidence level – from “I’m quite shy” to “I don’t mind talking to people”.
- Your questions and worries – anything from earnings to “what if I mess up an order?”.
Step two: setting you up properly
Once you’re happy to go ahead, I help you get everything set up. I don’t just send you a link and disappear.
What I help with
- Walking you through the official sign-up so you know what you’re agreeing to.
- Showing you where to find your brochures and online tools.
- Explaining, in plain English, how you get paid and when.
- Sharing a simple first-steps plan for your first few weeks.
How we do it
- On the phone, video call or messages – whatever you’re comfortable with.
- At your pace – we can do it in one go or in little chunks.
- With screensharing if needed, so you can literally see where to click.
The goal is that you log in and feel “I know where things are”, not “I’m lost already”.
Step three: support while you’re learning
The real support starts after you’ve signed up. That’s when questions pop up, awkward situations happen, and you need someone to help you work through them.
What ongoing support looks like
- Check-ins – quick messages or calls to see how things are going and what you need.
- Ready-made wording – examples of posts, messages and replies you can copy and tweak.
- Problem-solving together – late payers, tricky customers, quiet weeks… we talk through what to do.
- Celebrating your wins – your first order, first regular customer, first month you hit a goal.
You don’t have to “earn” my time by hitting certain numbers. If you’re showing up for yourself, I’ll show up for you.
What if you’re shy or anxious?
A lot of people worry they’re “too quiet” or “too nervous” to do something like Avon. Honestly – some of the kindest, most thoughtful reps started out feeling exactly the same way.
How I support shy or brand new reps
- We start with low-pressure ways to share – messages and small groups instead of big public posts.
- We choose tiny first steps – one message, one brochure, one small goal at a time.
- If you like, I can help you draft your first few messages so you’re not staring at a blank screen.
- We agree that your first aim is confidence, not cash. The money grows as your confidence does.
You don’t have to transform your personality. You just need to be willing to try small actions with someone supportive in the background.
What I will – and won’t – do as your upline
Before you decide whether to work with me, it’s only fair you know what to expect. So here are some clear promises.
What I will do
- Be honest about what’s realistic for you.
- Listen properly to what you want from Avon.
- Support you when things go quiet or wrong.
- Share simple, practical ideas – not jargon.
What I won’t do
- I won’t spam you with “you must hit this” messages.
- I won’t make big income promises I can’t stand behind.
- I won’t disappear once you’ve signed up.
- I won’t judge you if life gets busy and you need to slow down.
If any of that doesn’t match what you’ve seen online, that’s kind of the point. I’d rather build something steady and honest than push people into things that don’t feel right.
Keep exploring before you decide
These guides give you a clear, honest picture of what Avon is really like — so you can decide at your own pace.
So, could we be a good match?
Choosing who to join through matters. You’re not just picking a company – you’re picking the person who’ll be in your corner when you’re learning the ropes.
We’re likely a good match if you:
- Want honest support, not hype.
- Are happy to learn slowly but steadily.
- Like the idea of someone checking in on you without pressuring you.
- Value kindness and straight-talking over big promises.
If you’re nodding along, the next step is simple. You don’t have to decide anything today – just start with a quick message and see how it feels to talk it through.
